BYU Departments

Set Up - Timp Lodge offers table and chair setups for events. The typical conference setup is having rows of tables and chairs set up facing the stage and projector screen. Other table and chair configurations can be requested by sending an email to lodge-scheduling@byu.edu.

Food - BYU departments often cater their events at Timp Lodge. BYU Catering will cater at Timp Lodge, as well as many other BYU-approved caterers. Another common option is to bring up food from BYU Food To-Go or a takeout restaurant.

Presentations - The A/V system is newly renovated and is ideal for conference-type presentations. Presenter's can connect a laptop to the projector using an HDMI cord. There are two mics with stands, as well as a lapel mic available upon request.

Activities - The ten acres of fields, woods, and trails are perfect for team-building activities, breakout groups, and relaxation.

Overnight Stays - If your group is staying overnight, each guest will need to bring their own blanket or sleeping bag, as well as toiletries and towels. The lodge has 62 twin beds upstairs, and 2 in the ADA bedroom downstairs.
