Reservations
All reservation requests are processed in the order they are received.
Timp Lodge is available for reservations March through December, including holidays.
Advance registrations are available up to 12 months before your desired reservation date. Requests that are submitted more than 12 months in advance will not be considered.

Online Reservation Request
To request a reservation, please submit an online reservation request form. Please note that the online request form does not guarantee reservation dates. Due to high scheduling demands, advance online requests may be submitted beginning at 7:00 a.m. on the first business day of the month you are eligible to make your reservation request. Requests that are submitted before your groups' advance registration period will not be considered.
All submitted requests will receive a phone call from our lodge scheduling to confirm your reservation dates and begin the necessary paperwork.
Directions From Provo
Timp Lodge is located at 3072 Stewart Rd, Provo, UT 84604. The drive to Timp Lodge is approximately 15 minutes once you enter Provo Canyon heading north from Provo City.
- Head north on University Ave
- Continue on US-189 N / E Provo Canyon Rd for 6.9 miles
- Turn left onto US-92 / Alpine Loop Scenic Byway and continue for 2.6 miles
- Turn left onto Stewart Rd and continue for 0.2 miles
- Turn right onto Mia Rd and continue for 0.4 miles
- The road to the lodge will be on the left

A: 2 Pack'n'Play cribs are available. If more are needed, you may bring your own.
Q: Are campfires allowed?
A: No, campfires are not allowed at Timp Lodge. However, gas fire pits or gas grills are permitted.
